These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cornerstone Alpha platform (the "Service") operated by Cornerstone Alpha Investments ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is currently available by invitation only during a private beta period.
All trading activity on Cornerstone Alpha is simulated paper trading. No real securities transactions are executed, no real money is at risk, and Cornerstone Alpha does not hold, manage, or transact any funds on your behalf. Performance results shown within the platform reflect simulated paper trading and are not indicative of future real-money results.
The AI analysis, trade grades, trade ideas, agent recommendations, and all other content provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment decision. Cornerstone Alpha Investments is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information from this platform. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making real investment decisions.

The Service, including all software, AI models, content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Cornerstone Alpha Investments. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any content you create within the platform (trade journal entries, notes, etc.).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORNERSTONE ALPHA INVESTMENTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or timely. Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed or incorrect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORNERSTONE ALPHA INVESTMENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY REAL MONEY TRADING DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON PLATFORM CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Alpha Investments and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
